All cashback is valid for 3 months from crediting date. Top-ups do not expire.
How do I become a Silver or Gold member?
To become a Silver member, you must accumulate a total of $300
spend any of our locations within 1 year. Your membership status will be valid for 1 year.
To become a Gold member, you must accumulate a total of $1000
spend any of our locations within 1 year from the date you get qualified as a Silver member. Your membership status will be valid for 1 year.
How do I maintain my membership tier?
To maintain your Gold member status, you must spend a minimum of $1000
at any of our locations within 1-year from the date you qualified as a Gold member.
To maintain your Silver member status, you must spend a minimum of $300
at any of our locations within 1-year from the date you qualified as a Silver member.
If you spend less than $300, your membership status will be Bronze.
How do I change my registered email address?

What is the minimum top-up amount?
We do not have a minimum top-up amount currently.
However, we strongly recommend you to top-up $50 and above to take advantage
of our 10% bonus! For example, top-up $50 and receive $55 in value!

Does Deelish Brands charge any service fees for my Rewards Card?
All service fees are absorbed by Deelish Brands. You will not be charged any additional service fees.
How do I top-up my Rewards Card?
We only support top-ups via our website currently. You may top-up your card here.
Can top-ups to my Rewards Card be refunded?
We do not allow any refunds currently. However, if you have been charged twice or topped-up by accident,
please send us a message via your inbox for further assistance.
How do I check the available value on my Rewards Card?
You can view your card balance once you login to rewards.deelishbrands.com.
Does my Rewards Card expire?
Your Rewards Card does not expire. However, all cashbacks will expire three (3) months from its day of credit.
Will I earn cashback on all purchases?
All in-store purchases are eligible for cashbacks except for orders that contains any discounts or vouchers.
You will also not receive cashback on the amount paid with existing cashback in your rewards card. For example, a $10 order was paid with $2 cashback. The customer will earn cashback on the remaining $8.
Why didn't I receive cashback on my recent order?
If you still have not received your cashback after 24 hours, do send us a message from the "Message" tab.
Please note that orders that has discounts or voucher(s) used are not eligible for any cashback.
